Motion To Reopen processing times

I filed a motion to reopen for an I-130 petition (Petition for Alien Relative) - it was received on Feb 28 2008 by California Service Center.

No updates yet. When I call the national service center they have no additional info.

They gave me another number (1-800-898-7180) - but I can't get past automated attendent on that line.

Any ideas?
