Please I need your advice regarding the denial of I130 due to lack of documents. His mother file for I130 on 2001, 2003 received a letter of denial but applied for MTR the same year. From 2003 up to this date, they have not received any letter from USCIS what happened about their application until yesterday they received a letter from USCIS stating that they denied their application due to abandonment. How can they deny the I130 for the second time without hearing any words regarding their MTR application is it possible? Do they still hope with this kind of case? Please help.
