i filed a motion to reopen & motion to reconsider on 08/10/2009 after immigration denied my i485 on july 17/2009.
i received a notice of action on 09/03/2009 saying as fallow:
after review we have decided to treat the appeal filed in the above case as a service motion to reopen or service motion to reconsider.you will receive a notice under separate cover once all the action has been compled.
what will be the next my green card or is a change to still get denied again if some body have an idea how long this will take thanks for the help...
