motion to reconsider/AAO appeal receipt question

We recently filed the Motion to reconsider and AAO appeal for the I-140-EB3 denial.

Will CSC issue a receipt on the motion to reconsider and the AAO appeal?

Is there a way to track this?
 
If you have filed form I-290B Notice of Appeal to the Commissioner, then CSC will issue a receipt number(like other cases) and you may track that number through online or AVM.
