Yes!! if your application has been denied by BCIS, you will have an option to file a motion to have a BCIS COMMISSIONER look at your case again.

Any update on MOTIC.
My case is also on MOTIC. Could you please tell how much time it takes to solve MOTIC case and is it with INS or with the Appealing Unit (AAU).

Actually my case is not a MOTIC ( Thank GOD ! and I hope this does not happen).
The MOTIC was just a general query. (Preparing for the worst I guess !).

You should probably talk to longGC, he has just filled a MOTIC.

What are your case details why was it denied ? Can you share some information with us.
 
Case is very similar to longgc, I-140 amendment filed, which got approved but one fine day 485 got denied saying that the old I-140 was revoked which never was.
