Mom was born in Karachi, she does not have a birth certificate and there is no way she can get a Non Availability of Birth Certificate from Karachi, Pakistan.

Another, she is 70 , the requirement says get Affidavits of Birth from a Relative older then her. We dont know of anybody who can do that, I mean there is no one we know of brother, Sister, cousins,. ... older then her who can give us an Affidavit for her birth.

Albeit, She did go to the court and got an Affidavit of Birth as well an Affidavit of Marriage made by herself.

Any of you with the same problem.

Not in the same situation. However obtained non-avail from parent's birth place and affidavits from relatives.

I would think that you may be able to obtain non-avail cert. You probably have contacted the authorities in Karachi directly. I am not sure but you may have to keep trying. How about Pakistan embassy in USA? There are agents (even online) who can obtain non-avail cert for a fee.

In terms of affidavits, you have to start with parents, brothers, cousins and ifthat is not possible then friends , neighbours etc. You may also want to submit secondary evidence like school leaving cert.

I don't understand this. If you are the petitioner , you just have to provide your birth certificate with your mother's name in it. Why do you need to produce your mother's birth certificate?
