Me and my mom have been waiting for over 6 months and still waiting. In their last letter they said the process is being delayed because of the 2013 Reform ):

But your mother has a NON-immigrant visa, as you mentioned in another thread. So your mother has a lot more processing to be done before she gets her green card.
Vaitbajram's mother is in the US with an immigrant visa, which means she has already completed the entire process including the interview and being admitted as a permanent resident.
