Hi,
I received RFE earlier regarding "Your fingerprints were rejected twice. Please submit police clearances from all jurisdictions where you have lived for five years, in the united states."

I submitted and they received in Dec, 2012. USCIS updated message like :

"On December 19, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

Any one received such kind of case update status? I need to wait 60 days.

Please advice.
thanks

Hello There!

I am in the same situation with similar dates with both of my parents with the only difference that instead of the police clearance, they request to fill and sign the form I-864 (when I submitted the document, I only submitted the form I-864 from the sponsor and I forgot to submit one with my information)

My father status is:

"On December 14, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence." etc...

My mother status is:

"On December 12, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence." etc...

This Feb 12 and Feb 14 will be exactly 2 months since they received my response.

I guess we just have to wait?

Both of my parents already went for their fingerprint and they also received their EAD Card, we applied for a Social Security Card 2 weeks ago but they haven't received anything yet.

Sorry for bringing this up guys but it has been a little bit more than 60 days since USCIS received my response (the I-864 form) for both of my parents. They received one response on Dec 12, 2012 and the other one on Dec 14, 2012 and their status is still pending.

Should I call them? or it is too early for that?
