Mother coming here

Hello,

First of all please excuse me for posting a non-immigrant related issue. I am hoping someone can help me here.

My mom has 10 yr multiple entry visa (which she got 2 yrs back, and have already visited us once in 2000 using that). She is visiting us again from India in Sept this year. What papers, if any, I should send her so that she has a smooth entry in US? E.g. do I need to send affidavit of support, my bank statements, or employement letter etc?

Thanks in advance for your help guys,

You do not need to send any docs.
Since she has secured a visa and visited successfully, there is no other documnet reqd at re entries. Of course this taking into consideration the fact that she had not overstayed last time she was here etc.

The officers at the port of entry do ask questions if the time between two visits is very short.

bladerunner,
This is definitely a immigration related issue. So no need to be apologetic for posting the question here.
Thou she may not need any documents, it is better to send her some of the documents mentioned in www.immihelp.com (under visitor visa section). I would say send her invitation letter, bank statement, current employer letter . Just to be safe.
