My employer is about to start my GC application. They told me that the INS is rejecting most RIR based applications that are being sent in and that they are going to have to go the traditional route with my application. I would fall under the California processing center.
Is there any truth to this? Are there any workarounds
(I also posted a previous post where I mention another issue of a conflict in going to grad school full time and having an employer process a GC.)
