my current employer files for I-140 lets say sometime in Jun'05, and file for I-485 sometime sep/oct'05 due to retrogression.
Can I have another employer file for I-140 and I-485 using a sub LC in EB2 cat, at a diffarent service center sometime Apr/May'05?
In otherwords, How may I-140/I-485 case/s can filed at the same time.
