More risk for approval for concurrent filers?

My lawyer told that that there is more risk for 140 or 485 to get approved for concurrent filing, is this true?

The only thing different for concurrent filers is that the 140 and 485 applications will probably be processed concurrently ?

Isn't it ? :)
