More RFE cases,,, a new trend

In my observation, I have seen that the number of cases getting RFE are increasing. It is a new trend that I am observing. Last year, CSC used to have more RFE cases. This adds up to the workload and slows down approval.

Has anyone noticed this pattern?

Hi longGC.

I didn't receive my RFE (not my lawyer even) within 14 days(sent on Mar'31)..

I faxed them on 14'Mar and online status changed to :

"On April 15, 2004, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued."

Is this is the result of the fax ??

I gave them address of mine and my lawyers(new address).. Any idea, to what address they will send it this time...?

Thanks.

Hi LongGC

What do you mean....

Am I approved without responding RFE ????????????????????????

Let me pull my hair and confirm that I am not dreaming then....

Just joking...

I will keep you updated...

Thanks man for responding....

Hope yours case will be approved soon.

It was ME nfn who responded NOT longGC:confused:

I'm JUST saying that your message sounds EXACTLY like my AP approval message.

You never know what TSC are capable of :D

Good luck...

faitas,

Your RFE may have gone to old address. Call them up and find out before they send it back to TSC.

Hi Faitas,
I have the same message like yours, and it turned out to be that the finger printing notice (attorney copy) that was sent to attorney was returned to INS because of attorney changed his address. And INS resent it to attorney and the message changed as it says in your case.

Thanks
