I have two quick questions. TIA for any help.

1. I have an unmarried sister (over 21) who I think can be sponsored for greencard. She is currently in India. Could it take nearly 10 years for her to get papers?

2. My widowed mother is in desh too. I want to sponsor her first. If she comes here (Rahul said no waiting) in, say 4 months, what is the best chance for her for getting qualified to Medicare etc. She is over 65 and never been to USA before. Any ideas on if she will be eligible for SS $? I know one has to work 10 quarters etc but any chance? BTW I am in WI state in midwest.

1. Sponsor your sister and be prepared to wait a decade at least
2. DCF is a good option if you can get 2 months off or else just file an I-130 and she should be here in 6-8 months
