However, I had the opportunity to talk with a colleague about his case.
Details:
485 filed: Feb 02 (NIW)
FP: April 02
Job changed: May 2003
Case transferred to local off: Aug 2003
Interview and approved: Oct 2003
There wasnt any 2nd FP issued een though the FP had expired in July 03. Also after the interview, there wasnt any FP required.
Hope this helps those who havent yet received 2nd FP or NIW applicants who have/want to change jobs
