Should I get any additional information/update about my case by creating an account in USCIS case status service online and by creating portfolio? I created an account and created a portfolio with my receipt numbers in there. But I am only seeing the links for all my receipt numbers and by clicking those links I see the same message what I can see by entering the receipt numbers directly in case status search page. I am wondering whether I am missing something here and not utilizing all the tools/features available. Please advise.
