Is there any source of information on % of Green Cards allocated for each country in DV-2004 ?

Also, is it possible to guess (maybe based on current winning numbers) how many winners out of 50,000 total have already been notified ?

Normally NVC makes winner 100,000 applicants,(2 times more)

but finally they issue 55,000 immigrant visas.....

One country can get maximum 3800 immigrant visas.

They issue visas on "First come , First serve" basis.........

so it is wise to fill up the form very quickly & send it by express mail.
