More delay in VA cases???

According to Rupnet, it looks VA state cases with Nov & Dec RD have not even touched over last 3 weeks.
No new approval or RFE in these days.
Is that mean more backlog in security check for VA residence??
What's your thought?

same goes to MD. All the cases under MD are damn slow too.
