digging old left out -- good sign

It looks like they are transfering old pending cases to respective local centers. One case of receipt date 3rd April 2001 was unchanged till yeaterday and at last they transferred to Dallas TX. on 9th Dec -03.

When 3rd April 2001 is touched it shows great hope for all May June July and thereby to further waiters.

But hope the tranferred cases are approved quickly.

I see encouraging activity between Oct-Dec, 2003, in the attachment may01 provided. Cases with May, 2001 NDs are being acted upon, mostly approved, some RFE-ed or transferred. I think most people who are receiving approvals from this time period have left this forum long ago, so we are not seeing posting from them declaring their approval. Currently in this forum increasing number of people with August, 2001 NDs are posting their approvals, as their cases get adjudicated. This is not unusual because there was a legal problem with the INS mail contractor between May-Aug, 2001, so people had to wait for 3 months to get a receipt notice. In other words, there aren't that many I485 cases with June-July, 2001 NDs. However, for August 2001, there was a spike, so it will take some time to clear all those cases.
