More about NIW

[hashitoxicosis]

If I get J1 waiver and my INS notification reaches me in April and I immediately apply with I-140 for NIW,
what is the earliest(based on current timing) my spouse can get EAD.
Please post your experiences.

It depends which state r u in if it is filled in TSC it will take about 5-7 months for NIW to get approved and then another 1-2 months for EAD
