well thats not exactly true , if the other employer can offer you a separate H1 b for the job , you possibly can do it( also check your contract if your current employer has put any restriction,) you can hold multiple h1b at one time for different jobs ( but don't use your EAD from NIW to do monnlighting till three years are over)
