Monthly cut off date determination

looking at this data just for my case with PD may 2003 will need another 4-5 years before it can become current.. extremely disappointing.

what is the end date of CY ? Is it 9/30 or 12/31 ?

CY = Calendar Year, so the end would be 12/31.

Not sure. There are also open cases older than 2002 under EB3 category but they did not list.
Nobody ever knows how this agency operates whether they provide information into their operation or not.
