Hello !
My mother has been trying to obtain a U.S. visa for a long time now. It's the 5th time her visa got refused at the New Delhi Embassy.she's going to visit her sister there. My mom is a widow. The first time we tried was in 2000.so then the counsellor asked when my father died..it was just in 1999.Well she's provided all the required documents and there were no faults in her application either.whatever the counsellor asked for,my mom provided him with the required documents. He would hardly look at them.....and refuse her visa stating "she doesn't qualify for a US visa under US law under section 214(b)" well i don't understand what more ties or proofs do we need to show...when we'got all the documents already..the property papers..the incometax papers..the bank statemnts which very well project her sound financial status and business....invitation letter from her sister. Can someone suggest what more should we do to satisfy the embasy counslate??? plz...it's really getting frustrating!
