Hi all,

Here is the list of documents that I plan on filing. Can someone verify quickly if I have inadvertently missed anything?

-Form I-130: Petition for Alien Relative
-Photocopy of Naturalization certificate of petitioner as proof of citizenship
-Photocopy of petitioner’s birth certificate showing proof of relationship
-Photocopy of an Affidavit that was done to correct errors on the birth certificate
-Photocopy of petitioner’s school leaving certificate

-Photocopy of first and last page of passport as evidence of a photo identity document

-A letter with explanation demonstrating the circumstances that warrant issuance of Advance Parole.

In all I am submitting 2 checks and 4 photographs. I am sending the documents to Chicago Lockbox 60680-4107

Did you staple the individual forms and their supporting documents? (E.g. I-130, naturalization, Birth cert etc. - one package, )

Did not staple them..just used clips for individual forms and supporting documents.

Can anyone confirm how many passport photo we need for this whole package?

I submitted 5 photos and thats also because I did not apply for I-131. hope this helps.

It's an odd number. I thought you send 2 photos each for 485, 765, 131

I sent 1 photo for me and my husband on i-130 and 2 photos of me each on I-485 and I-765. I did not file for I-131 coz I did not have a reason to leave the country.
