Moment of Choice: Big or small

I used to work for company A which sponsored my GC and after being laid off, I started working for company B. Now company C gives me an offer.

Company B and C offer the same salary. The only differences are:
1. Company B is much bigger, listed in NYSE. Company C is only a 6 people small startup company.
2. Company B can only offer a letter with similar job description, but not the same title. Company C offers same job title and description.

Should I take the offer from company C? What are the implications to consider?

My advice is ,

Have you filed AC 21 when you switch from companyA to companyB?

Stick to the job which you feel more stable.

Implications:

1. Company B is much bigger, listed in NYSE. Company C is only a 6 people small startup company.

--- If you change job to companyC, will be using another AC21.
There is no limitation on usage of AC21. I think there are some people who changed job more than two times still GC approved.

2. Company B can only offer a letter with similar job description, but not the same title. Company C offers same job title and description

--- According to AC21 will say all the time same or similar job descriptions.

Play a safe game all the time, don't risk urself unless required.

I hope this helps, correct me if I am wrong.
