My mom is now close to her 6 month (Setp-mar) I-94 date & will go back to India next week. She will be coming back to the US (SFO) in 3 weeks from now. I am planning to write up a letter to the Immigration officer with a reason specified. Can any one help me with suggestions for a good convincing reason ..
