Dear Rahul
How are you? I was hoping to get an advice from you once more, I hope I am not being too much trouble, well it’s about my mom’s N-400 well she had failed the speaking, reading, and writing test, and when her next interview came the USCIS officer only asked her why she failed the 1st interview, and she explained to him that she is been very sick, so the information officer told her that he was going to send her the decision in the mail, well truthfully she can speak a little bit and she can understand most of the things people say, but she is been sick ever since we came to the U.S and she wanted to see her mom before she passed away and she couldn’t, because she couldn’t get that stupid travel documents for some add reasons, just a day before her 2nd interview her mom passed a way, so my mother was devastated she is got high blood pressure and diabetes, she had 5 surgeries ever since we came to U.S and of course she is got bad depressions, so she failed once more, so we got a lawyer and because of her bad health we got her family doctor who is a native Canadian to fill out an N-648, But once more she didn’t pass, despite that her medical code matched the one the N-648 asks for in order to be eligible for the waiver, the USCIS denied her citizenship again, well her depression is only gotten worse ever since she failed the interview for the 3rd time, she was only given the interview once and the rest of the times she didn’t get a chance, my grandfather is on his death bed and he wanted to see my mom before he passed away, she can’t get a travel document because it takes over one year to be approved and her citizenship is all screwed up, do you think it would be worth a while to send a letter to the head of Detroit office and explain to him/her that she was never interviewed the 2nd time and the 3rd time, please help, any advice will be really appreciated, and thank you in advance.
