Mode of Fee payment for Revalidation(H1) from Ottawa,Canada?

Hello Guys

Iwant to get my H1 revalidated from Ottawa,Canada.It has application fee of USD45$ AND revalidation fee 75$.I want to know can I pay them by cash(in USD).If not then how shall I pay? If it need a draft/money order then whom should it be addressed(US Department of state?).?I have my interview there in Feb.Thanks in advance.
