I spoke to an IIO at the NSC yesterday, trying to figure out why my case was transferred to MO center since the MO center only processes FAMILY-BASED applications. Mine is employment based. So I asked her why and not surprisingly, at first she didn't have a clue. She put me on hold and did some 'research' and came back and said that the NSC is running out of storage space and that's why my case was transferred. But then this IIO though the the AC21 became applicable after 18 months and not 180 days, so I don't know if what she says is worth anything. Any thoughts, opinions, insights or recommendations from the 485 waiters?
