Mistakenly Fill Out Wrong Info in DSP 230 (Current in Dec)

At the time of filling my first set of forms for the KCC I couldn't find my old passport where my valid 10 year visa is stamped, so since by the tone of the congrat letter where it seems that visas are alocated in the First In first Out order I had to rush.

So mistakenly in the DSP 230 Part I form Question 25 where it asks the dates for previous entries and exits from the US, I made a guess Jan-2002 (as good I could remember) the date I left the US was Feb 6th 2002, 1 day before my I-94 expired (I was supossed to leave my long bachellor vacation in the US couple of weeks before, but the superbowl was due on the 4th so I decided to stay and see what all the fuss was about I had a great superbowl party in SEA-WA), however now that I found my old passport, and all my tickets from that trip to the USA I've realized that the info in the form is incorrect, Is this going to jeopardize my case?, is there a way to correct this once the forms are already in the US embassy in LA PAZ Bolivia, since I'm current for December? Is there any use in contacting KCC now about this change of dates now? help please this has made me really nervous.......

I don't really think this is a big problem (as long as you didn't stay in US longer than you were allowed!). Before you have to sign the form during the interview you are asked whether everything on it is correct and I suppose you can tell the officer at this point that you made a mistake there because you thought it needed to be sent back as soon as possible (you don't need to tell them why you stayed longer).
You could always call KCC and ask what you should do. But as I said, I think it's ok if you just correct the mistake during the interview.
