Mistake while eFiling -- Pls help

Please excuse me folks.... Late last night I submitted AP application via eFiling. I did a huge mistake of interchanging my first and last/familnames (very much used to writing first name first). In the application it was the otherway round. I made the payment and then realised the mistake. Now is it possible to get it corrected by calling the 800#? or my filing fee is gone and I need to submit a new application. Any help, ideas would be very much appreciated.

I don't think calling NCSC is really going to help you alot but there is no harm in trying. I think you can write a letter to the CIS office once you get a EAC number addressing the issue and worst case, if nothing happens even then then you can ignore it as you can always prove that it was a mistake on CIS part by saying that they have messed up your last & first name.

Thanks, needhelp1. Just called 800# and they took the information. They told us that we woul receive an email in the next 24 hours with the correct info. Like you mentioned, I will also send a formal letter along with the supporting documents.
