In 2005 I applied for the renewal of my second 10-year green card which I received in 2006.
Going through my files recently in order to prepare for my citizenship I realized that I had answered Part 3:
if you entered the US with an Immigrant Visa , also complete the following:
Destination: New York , POE: JFK
because I thought that a green card is a form of an immigrant visa, so I gave information about my first trip as a Permanent Resident.
Checking through this forum I understand now that I answered this Part wrongly because I had an Adjustment of Status in the US. (These questions were answered correctly).
Is there a way to correct this mistake 4 years later? I am concerned that my GC is in jeopardy because of an honest mistake...
I would appreciate your advice on possible course of action.
Thank you.
