mistake on form ds-230

I receive a notificatiton letter from KCC some months ago and since acted on it as prompt. It was until recent that i realised that the name that should be on #29 of form 230 the petitioner's name,address and telephone of the form should be the name of the winner but wrote my lawyers name as the petitioner.Am i going to be qualified to receive 2ND notification letter.
I will be very grateful if you can tell me what to do concerning the issue.

its better to correct the information and send the forms again.
Even I did the same mistake, then I called KCC and asked, they adviced to send the forms again with correct info.
