Mistake In Date Of Birth

Hello,
i,m a little confused on what to do here. my cousin just won the DV 2008 Visa lottery and he had received his congrat. form. He filled it and sent it back to KCC and even got his second pkge (sent back to KCC also), but still waiting for date of interview. His case no is 2008AF0000935**. When i called the KCC to check the status of the case...i was told that the date of birth i provided was wrong according to what they have on file.I have contacted my cousin and he said that the date i gave them (kcc) was the right date he had at hand. my question here is this.
Is this going to be a problem on the date of his interview and what would he do now since he forgot the date he entered during the entry process.
Please i need your experts and opinions on this and i will appreciate.

This might be a potential problem since they draw over 150,000 people and only 55,000 is accepted every year. They may look for oppotunity to deny him. just pray seriously about it and hope for the better. The letters still shows up to august,before they stop.

Once again pray and hope for the better.

i actually can here with DV lottery and i know what it takes.

Are you also from naija or somewhere else. Actually, i don;t know what to do because this is my immediate cousin and i know what i went thru when i was coming in 2003. I was offerred VISA by 5pm the last day of DV 2003. Can you imagine??
I will keep praying for this dude.
