In my organization few people have received their LC (RIR, EB-3) approvals last week (around Sept. 6th, 2002). Their LC was filled around September 14, 2001. Do you guys have any idea, what is the current situation of LC in Missouri SESA? I know for fact since Sept. 2001 they all go to Chicago regional office for final review. I think Chicago office is taking approx. 2.5 to 3 months to make a decision on the case. I also think DOL is not keeping their phone case status system up to date on a regular basis.

RAGHUC, You mean your LC was filed in March, 2001 (Missouri SESA), and you received your approval sometime this year i.e. 2002 ?? and now you are ready to file your I-140...could you please be more specific about dates. I think it would help other people estimate their LC status.

No, mine filed in march 2002 and got approval in aug2002 and filed 140 september
there is another forum on Missouri labour certification. you can search on " Labour certification Missouri" There are more postings than this. you will get more idea.
Otherwise there would be dupilcation of information and people would loose track of information.
