Can we apply 140 and 1485 at Missouri Service Center
rather than Nebraska service center. As Missouri say processing 1485 jan 2003.

Watch out

I submitted my 485 to NSC but they transferred it to MO national records center (M NRC). The problem is that Missouri SC only process Family-Based petitions and not employment based petitions. The MSC is not to be confused with the M NRC - the M NRC stores records and don't actually do anything, I think.

And another thing. Don't phone the BCIS. They don't know anything either. I phoned them and learned nothing.

I agree with FunkyJunky. No one (National Customer or NSC) knows anything about the files that were transferred to National Record Center. Ask for your local senator help. That's the only way out to track down your application.
