missing salary stubs

I am leaving for india on march 31st. The last salary stub i have is dated march 8th as the company is not paying me at bench and showing me on leave of absence. Is it likely to cause any problems ??? I shall have my employment letter though.

When is the interview

If with in a month or so of the last paycheck than it should not be an issue. Depending on the consulate... Madras is the only one that I have heard checks your paystubbs... Delhi does not do it regularly,

You still need to carry a letter of Employment.

there\'s no way u can get the paystub for March by March 31st...
PLs be confident and don;t get too tensed or too serious during interview...
in my case on feb 13, they didn\'t ask pay stubs...just take care of ur employment letter and I-134 if u\'ve dependents..k...Good Luck...
