Missing my SSN card in postal,need ur advise

Hi guys,

I got GC and Plastic card. The problem is i went to SSN office to change my status(earlier i was H1 status now i change to PR status) they send to my address(i gave my uncel address) and i move to another place. My uncle received the SSN number and he mailed to me (to my new address). still now i did'nt receive that,it is 2 weeks pass.

SSN peoplce told that they will send the old number only thing they will change my status.

What i should do Now?
I enquired in postal office they saying that if it is certified we can check, bu it is not certified, they send me in ordinary mail.

Shall i give complain to SSN office?

Some one can misuse that.

There are a lot of factors here regarding misuse.
To be sure, get a new number from SSN.
They already have updated your status, so they can give you a new number.
