I have misfiled the EAD renewal application. I didn't fill the Column # 12 (Date of Last Entry into US). How do i do corrections to the application. If you have some helpful suggestions please respond back. Yes i know i am an idiot for not being able to fill a simple 20 field form correctly.

, but I called regular customer support number and explained to them, they took the correct SSN and submitted to some other dept. They update and sent a letter after 35 days.
