Hello - my husband and I have sent in our Packet 3 to Montreal and we heard back late October that we had missing information (our passports were in danger of expiring and they wanted updated copies). We had already replaced the passports and immediately sent in copies of the new passports. I was hoping our file would remain "open" and they would immediately get back to us. Well, we are nearing the one month mark since the new information was sent in and have not heard anything. Does anyone have experience with providing new info. for Packet 3 and how long this will delay our application? We were hoping to travel before Christmas, but this is going on forever!!
