Missing I-94, Immigration gurus please help me

Hi,
I got RFE from NSC asking me to submit my current I-94 along with some other information. I am scared to notice this morning that " I do not have I-94". Last month my wife went to INDIA and she took my I-94
instead of hers.

Please advise me how to fix this.

Call the INS or the airline company to get your I94 back
(your wife must surrender it to the airline company, right?)
and replace it with your wifes. Tell them you or your wife
made a mistake. I doubt that America system would be too
stupid to correct such a trivial technical error.
