Missing H1-B approval

Hi,
I am about file my I-140 and I485. I don't have H1-B approval notice(neither original nor xerox) of one of my previous employers 2- years old.

what are my options left?

In my medical I got positive in TB (vaccicine). Took x-rays. waiting for result?
What are the further consequeses (problems)?(all scenarios)

Don't worry friend!
If u don't have H1-B approval notice, its not big deal
You can submit Employer letter or pay stubs or W2
