Missing eviden from VSC (receipt with exception)

I got my receipt with missing evidence. I mentioned that I had 3 traffic tickets.
Any comments?

Also the following standard message or not?
You will be notified of the date and place of your interview when you have been scheduled by local DO. You should expect to be notified whitin 90 days of this notice.
Is this means that I will get my interview in 90 days?

I got the same notice that says w/ exceptions, mentioned that I am missing an evidence. Not a good feeling for sure.
After 2 weeks I recieved my finger print notice, then 3 weeks after that I recieved my interview notice. It mentioned in the first receipt that they will notify me seperately about the missing evidence but they did not. Same notice as the interview schedule noted below that I have to bring my passport,green crad, spouse birth cert, it is quoted below if you submit a copy they required original doc. So i make sure i bring them all duting the interview. Suprisingly, they didnt even mentioned that I am missing evidence during the interview. I think it normal procedure to ask for passport and green card, but the officer did not even noted any missing evidence, i didnt mentioned anything either. Everything went well, pass the test and interview and now i am waiting for my notice for oath.

I live in northen virginia, DO is DC.

My DO is Detroit, MI. I forgot to mentioned , the only problem I got is my pictures which they are too dark. Aside from that no further evidences were asked.

I did search on forum, a lot of people who mentioned traffic tickets got same notice as me.
