Missing EAD, can I get a duplicate one

My wife lost her EAD we recently received, we do not use EAD (on H1) visa. So how can we get a replacement, any idea?
I have the approval letter, so will it be a problem if we go next year for the renewal (by the time if we do not get the GC)?

For replacement you can request for duplicate approval notice. I think you have to file I814 form (do not remember the form # exactly, but double check the form number through USCIS before filing).
