Missing 9th yr Extn Approval Notice

My H1 9th yr extn was approved on May 18th as per the online status check but my company or attorney has not received the approval notice yet. Upon insisting my company has submitted query 2 times with USCIS but so far no reponse.

My 8th yr extn has expired as of 10th July 2006.

Gurus - What are my options? What should I do now ?

Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks !!

Why don't you call the NCS about it with the receipt # provided?
