Unfortunately I missed my interview because I never knew i even had a date despite my constant efforts to contact UCIS after receiving nothing for a while. They have given me 30 days to respond and I plan to state exactly what happened and forward the letter I wrote them.
Has anyone ever missed their interview and if yes, were there any problems with the letter they drafted? Any hints will be highly appreciated. I don't see the need to hire a lawyer yet. Secondly anyone reschedule their interview and how long was the new interview date?
