My 485 RD 7/19/2001 ND 09/05/2001. Have recd EAD. Have not recd my FP notices. But the IIO informed me that my FP was scheduled for 1/15/2002 at 8 am in VA. But since I did not receive the FP notices in mail, I was not present for FP. Even the INS VSC AVM does not say that my Finger prints have been scheduled. Even my attorney did not receive the original copy of the FP notices. Pls advise me as to what I should be doing now. Should I go to the local INS office to request them to issue me another date or should I wait till my attorney re-schedules the FP date. Is re-scheduling of FP possible in my case. If not, will my 485 be cancelled. Pls advise. Will this affect my GC process???
