My wife received the fingerprint notice but i did not. She did her finger prints on May 9th and its 1 month now. I called the customer service and they said that they sent the FP notice for me on the same day as my wife. I never received it nor my lawyer recieved it. What should i do now?. What are my options?

I read somewhere in this forum that it is better to take two seperate appt for you and your wife. May be some senior member should be able to answer this.
