Misplaced the Practical Training EAD Card. Is it needed for CP?

Guys,

After filing for CP and receiving the case #, I realized that I lost the practical training card (with photo on it) which was sent to me when I applied for PT immediately after school in 1996. I worked for a company using that for an year. My current company that sponsored my GC is different however.

I have the original approval of notice for the PT from the INS. Also, I have the photocopy of the card. Do you think this is good enough for CP? If not, what is the work around.

Any help, pundits ? Thanks for your time...

In any case, you have the approval notice. Your previous employer should have copied it, though.
