My wife\'s last name has been misplaced with mine on her I-485 Receipt, EAD Card and Fingerprint Appointment. Somehow, INS is prone to use husband\'s last name on wife\'s by its own judge??
Since October, my company\'s attorney is trying to correct by sent out Request for Correction to INS. However, nothing happens at all. I doubt either of them screwed up!!
Does anyone have any idea or experience about such stupid thing?
Can I personally request such correcting thing to local INS office? How?
